Frequently asked questions

How does the 3-day trial work?⌃

At signup we tokenise your payment method but charge nothing. You have 3 days to test the Service. If you cancel during the trial, we never charge you. If you need more time (e.g. your next race is on the weekend), email support@racem8.com — we grant extensions manually and generously.

Can I cancel anytime?⌃

Yes. Cancel the monthly plan with one click in your Account — it expires at the end of the current period. The annual plan runs until the end of the paid year (no automatic refunds).

Is VAT included in the price?⌃

Yes, all prices include 21% VAT (Czech standard rate). During sign-up you can add a company ID / VAT ID for a business invoice.

What if I change my mind after paying?⌃

If the Service isn't for you after day 3 (and the first charge), you have 14 days for a money-back guarantee. Email support@racem8.com — full refund, no questions asked, worldwide. After 14 days standard cancel: your plan continues to the end of the paid period and then drops to Free.

Business invoice?⌃

At sign-up, fill in your company ID, VAT ID and company address. The invoice arrives by email within 24 hours of payment and is available for download in your Account.

How do I upgrade / downgrade?⌃

Manual for now: cancel your current tier and sign up for the new one. Full upgrade flow (pro-rated billing) is on the roadmap.

Why 6 months free on the annual plan?⌃

The karting season runs Mar–Oct (~8 months). The annual subscription = 6× the monthly price → you effectively pay for 6 months and use it all year, no discount theatrics.

Do you have an affiliate program?⌃

Yes. If you'd like your own code, email support@racem8.com. Default commission is 20% of attributed revenue, paid quarterly via Revolut.
